Health care.

Chatting with a friend recently i found my self  speaking to myself in parody resulting in a newly realised aspect to personal reality. It was with regard to psychosimatic ailments and remedial activity. Me being a tobacco smoker, i asserted, the cost of our self destructive activities shouldnt be bourne by our fellows. It is, after all us who desire our own difficulties which grow from our activity.
If one should choose to eat "junk" foods, resulting in high bad cholesterol, consuming unnessecary fats, sugar and salt it is us who inflict the logical conclusion upon ourselves. Bearing in mind, all the while the bodys metabolism is being deprived of nessecary nutrition also as a result of these choices, inducing a function below optimum in performance.

What can one say.
How obvious can logic be.

For a nunber of years now, i have been of the considered opinion
a very high percentage of ailments are psychosomatic. Self inflicted.
Whether in ignorance, laziness, self destructive tendancies, what ever,
we engage in unhealthy choices, sometimes with gratuitous pleasure.
During the last century we allowed ourselves the privilage
of dumping responsibility for our health upon an industry
who have come to thrive and become dependant upon our patronage.
This is not to say the entire health care industry is adventitiously capotolist by nature,
but, those who are seek to harness the generous, selfless offerings there-in.
What is one to do ?
I feel, of nessecity, the median line of consensus must return
to a place where we are required to assume responsibility
for our choices and favored activities.
